1. Services

Sud Squad provides mobile automotive detailing and related services. All services are subject to availability, location, weather conditions, and vehicle condition at the time of service.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, inaccessible, or materially different from what was represented at booking.

2. Booking & Payments

- All bookings are made online through our scheduling system.

- Prices shown are starting prices and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, or additional services requested.

- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

- Sud Squad reserves the right to require a deposit for certain services or locations.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

- Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours after booking without penalty.

- Cancellations made after the 24-hour window may be non-refundable.

- No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.

- Sud Squad reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Arrival, Access & Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

- Ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled time

- Providing adequate space for service

- Ensuring keys are available if required

- Disclosing any pre-existing damage or sensitive areas

Failure to provide access may be treated as a no-show.

5. Vehicle Condition Disclaimer

Sud Squad is not responsible for:

- Pre-existing damage

- Failing clear coat, paint defects, or weak trim

- Damage caused by prior repairs, aftermarket parts, or worn materials

Some results depend on vehicle condition, and we do not guarantee perfection.

6. Satisfaction & Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with a service:

- You must notify us before the technician leaves

- We will make reasonable efforts to address the concern on-site

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Services already performed are generally non-refundable.

7. Weather Policy

Because Sud Squad is a mobile service:

- Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to rain, extreme heat, or unsafe conditions

- Sud Squad is not responsible for delays caused by weather

8. Liability

Sud Squad is not liable for:

- Personal items left inside the vehicle

- Mechanical or electrical issues unrelated to detailing

- Indirect or consequential damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sud Squad’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

- Misuse the website

- Attempt unauthorized access

- Interfere with website functionality

All website content, logos, images, and branding are the property of Sud Squad and may not be used without permission.

10. Privacy

Use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use personal information.
